Joyholiday was founded in 1995 in the United States and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is a leading professional travel company in the North American tourism industry. Joyful Holidays offers professional travel services such as individual/group reception, various bus rentals, flight/hotel reservations, event planning, and market consultation.
Our main focus is:
Local Bus Tours: We offer bus tours for local American tourists to visit various attractions across the United States. Throughout the journey, our guides provide explanations in both Mandarin and English for the passengers.
Outbound Tours: We offer outbound sightseeing tours, study tours, and special interest tours for tourists from the United States and Canada. Additionally, we are responsible for planning and organizing large-scale exhibitions in various parts of Asia.
Inbound Tours: We provide various travel services for visitors from around the world entering the United States and Canada.
Since the company's integration and restructuring in 2004, we have been endeavoring to develop new nature landscape tours and specially curated itineraries. We have introduced several "exclusive" routes that are unique to us. Additionally, we organize various special events tailored to the different needs of business professionals or tourists traveling between China and the United States, such as large-scale exhibitions, business investigations, educational seminars, and more.
The Joyholiday team strives to adhere to the basic principle of providing the highest quality service at the most reasonable prices. Our Vehicles: In our U.S. travel tours, we only utilize the highest quality vehicles, including 57-seat luxury coaches, 30-seat minibusses, 15-seat luxury Mercedes-Benz business vans, and 7-seat box cars. All vehicles have been inspected and certified by the DOT (Department of Transportation) for federal transportation standards, approved by the California PUC (Public Utilities Commission) for state regulations, and are covered by commercial insurance.
We have signed a contract with the renowned French tire manufacturer Michelin, and all our vehicles have been fitted with Michelin tires! This change will provide passengers with a safer and more comfortable riding experience throughout their journey.

Smartphones are a necessity. She oversees the company's finances and personnel, knowing everything inside and out. She is dedicated and experienced, being one of the most senior colleagues in the company. Moreover, she is well-known among industry agents, with everyone recognizing her.

She has a strong passion for gourmet food despite having a small appetite. While she yearns for travel, she prefers minimal physical activity. People affectionately call her "Carmen," even though she's exceptionally slim.
